3. Booking and Cancellation

All travel packages are subject to availability and confirmation. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of your booking to confirm details and requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

• •Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: 100% refund
• •Cancellations made 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund
• •Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel: No refund

4. Payment Terms

A 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your travel date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or UPI. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sartha Journeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Travel Documents and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and permits required for your destination. Sartha Journeys provides guidance but is not responsible for visa denials or travel restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sartha Journeys or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
